Please use these instructions to create a CTF file from Facility CMIS which can be used to make or update a Medical Tracker database
Creating the CTF
Log in to Facility CMIS
Choose - Returns - CTF - Produce file for LEA
Ensure that the following boxes are ticked – Core Information, Basic Details, Address, Contacts and NAWdetails.
Click - Select and then All records
Next select the pupils. Do this by clicking on the top pupil, then hold down the shift key and click on the bottom pupil. All pupils should now be selected. Click - Validate. (Note if assessment data is being exported only select the year group or children required)
A message may display how many errors have been found, if applicable, and you will be asked if you want to proceed. Errors shouldn't cause a problem for this process. Click Generate to proceed.
A message box will show the name of the file and where it has been saved. Click OK.
Uploading the CTF to Medical Tracker:
To upload your CTF file to your Medical Tracker database you will need to select the 'Admin' module and then 'School CTF Manager'.
Select which Management Information System you exported the data from and then select 'Choose File'. Find the CTF you just created and press 'Open' and then 'Upload New Student Data'.
It will take around 10-30 seconds to upload the data.
Once successful you will be taken to the 'Students' module and you will see a green success message.
