You can upload your school's headed paper to appear at the top of notifications emailed and printed from Medical Tracker.
To do this you will need to first convert the headed paper into a 'JPEG' or 'PNG' image. There are a number of websites that will convert a PDF or Microsoft Word document to an image file.
Once you have done this you will need to reduce the size of the image to be just the top part of the headed paper like the image below:
Once you have done this you can upload it to Medical Tracker.
To begin select the 'Admin' module, 'Letter/Email Templates' and then the 'School Headed Paper' button.
A pop-up will appear and you will then need to select 'Choose File'. Find the headed paper image file and 'Open'. Ensure the image size frame is the same size as your image (Please note: You can easily move the frame to suit your image).
Once finished just press 'Save'.
Your headed paper will now appear at the top of your email and letter templates.
It's as easy as that!
