There are two ways to search for a medication use record.
The easiest way would be to select the 'Medication Tracker' module.
Once in the module just type in the name of the student that relates to the medication use in the search bar at the top of the tracker.
This will then reduce the list down to the records involving that particular student. You can then select the record you were searching for and find the information needed.
You can also find a record through the student's Medical Tracker profile.
To do this you will need to select 'Students'.
Once in the module just type in the name of the student that relates to the medication use record in the search bar at the top of the module.
Select the relevant student and then on the right hand side of their profile you will see a 'Medication Use Overview'. This will list all the incidents that involve this student. You can then select the incident you were searching for and find the information needed.
