Creating a icon that looks very similar to a downloaded app that links directly to the Medical Tracker website is quick and easy.

1. Select the 'Safari' browser on your iPad/ iPhone:

3. Select the options tab next the URL (Box with an arrow going through it):

4: Select the 'Add to Home Screen' option

5: Change the shortcut name from 'Favourites' to 'Medical Tracker' and then press 'Add'.

6: The shortcut will now be on the home screen of your iPad/ iPhone:

7: Once selected it will take you to a iPad/ iPhone friendly version of Medical Tracker:
